Processing & Production Time All items in our store are made to order. Once you place your order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery Times After production, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Domestic (US): 7–14 business days
- Expedited Domestic (US): 3–5 business days (if available at checkout)
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 10–21 business days.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), production times may be slightly longer.
International Orders International shipping may be available at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
